BOOKINGS

The reservation can be made via telephone or email and will be finally confirmed by the property. The terms and rental conditions are specified in point No. 2 Cancellation Terms.

For stays of several weeks, the Residence reserves the right to ask for a deposit with a higher amount.

The amount must be received at the Residence at the latest within three days from the date of the booking.

Failure to observe this condition by the client authorizes the Residence to cancel the booking request as it is not confirmed.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

Standard Rate
Choosing this rate, at the day of booking, will be asked for a credit card on which one will be done a pre authorization for an amount equal to the cost of the first night. The pre authorization is a temporary blocking of the amount, nothing will be charged from Your credit card. At arrival at Residence You can choose to pay by cash or with an another credit card. The reservation can be guaranteed by bank transfer too.
For the period to 01/06 till 31/08
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For the other period :
• If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

7 Night Rate:

This rate requires the payment of an amount equal to 100% of the first night by credit card or bank transfer.
At Your arrival at the Residence will be required to show the credit card with which one You have guaranteed the reservation.

Not refundable Rate:
This rate requires the payment by credit card or bank transfer of the total cost of the reservation on the day of booking.

Prices are per apartment ;Included in apartment price: 10 % VAT ;Not included in apartment price: € 1.50 city tax per person per night. Max 7 night- child under 14 years free.

ARRIVALS

In summer, check-in times are from 3 pm to 8 pm. Please notify promptly in case of late arrival. Otherwise the apartment may be relet, with the consequences for the guest as indicated in point 3. On arrival, identity documents for all persons occupying the apartment must be shown for registration. If guests are unable to arrive on the booked date but for personal reasons are forced to arrive late, and also in the case of early departures, no reductions or refunds will be made.

PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING BALANCE

The outstanding balance for the stay must be paid at the moment of check-in, in cash or by cheque, debit card or credit card.

CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT

A cautionary deposit by cash must be paid for each apartment on arrival, equivalent to €200 for groups of young people and €100 for families. Guests undertake to take the greatest possible care of the apartment and domestic items. Complaints for the conditions of the apartment will be accepted only immediately after entering the apartment. We therefore invite guests to check that all items are in a satisfactory condition and are operating perfectly. Otherwise any breakages or other damage to objects must be reimbursed at current prices. The cautionary deposit will be returned on departure after the conditions of the apartment have been checked, subject to the absence of damage or missing items.

LOSS OF KEYS

Any losses of keys or access cards must be promptly notified to management. Any such losses must be reimbursed by guests for the sum of €20.

DEPARTURE

Apartments must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure. At the request of guests, the hotel may authorize departure at night or at times other than those indicated above, if previously agreed. Reception services can also authorize departure after 10 am, at the request of guests and with the payment of a surcharge. Apartments must be left in an orderly condition, without refuse or personal effects.

 

RULES FOR GUESTS

It is prohibited to accommodate more persons in apartments than as agreed at the moment of booking. With regard to this, children are considered as adults. All guests are required to respect the rules of the apartment hotel, and in particular to scrupulously observe the rules on quiet in the afternoon and at night.

 

PETS

Pets can be accommodated in the apartment hotel, with the payment of a surcharge of €. 9,00 per day and following authorization by Management. In case of disturbance or injury to persons or damage to property, Management reserves the right to request early departure from the apartment hotel, without any refunds for the residual period of the booked stay.

APARTMENT FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT

All apartments are made available fully furnished and complete with a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and kitchen equipment (pans, tableware, glassware and crockery).

LIABILITY OF HOTEL RESIDENCELE SPIAGGE

Guests exonerate the apartment hotel from all and any liability for injuries or damage caused by third parties or by accidental interruptions of services. Guests are directly responsible with respect to the apartment hotel and third parties for all injuries or damage caused by their conduct in using the rented property. Tenants also declare that they exonerate Management and the apartment hotel from all and any liability regarding any injuries or accidents that may occur during their stay in the rented property. For any legal disputes, the sole competent court shall be that of RIMINI.

OTHER RULES

Apartments are assigned according to availability, and any preferences will be satisfied as far as possible, according to availability. Services like parking spaces must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Requests for a specific apartment (number, storey, view, etc) will be taken into consideration at the moment of booking, according to availability. Guests are informed that authorized personnel of the hotel may enter apartments for any necessary repairs or maintenance, even in their absence.

EXTERNAL GUESTS

Relatives, friends and other visitors may enter the apartment hotel only after being authorized by Management, and after the deposit of an identity document. Management reserves the right to check the identity of the persons present inside the apartment hotel at any time.

How do I reach the apartment hotel by road?

Rimini South exit on the A14 motorway, then towards Rimini Marina Centro. Opposite Beach Centre 33 turn off Viale Vespucci into Via Bengasi 9.

We're arriving by car, do you have a car park?

There is a car park (only on reservation) at €. 7,00 per day.

 

How do I reach the hotel if I'm coming by train?

From Rimini station, take the number bus nr. 11 till the bus stop 13

Kitchenette: can we use it without an extra charge?

A kitchenette is available upon request. Its use is free for stays of 3 nights or more, while for stays of less than 3 nights extra charges apply.

 

Are there any particular days for arrivals and departures?

There are no particular requirements for stays at the apartment hotel, apart from minimum bookings for 3 nights (for some periods)

In June, July and August guests can check in from 3 pm till 8 pm and check out by 10 am. For other arrival times please notify the personnel at reception.

 

Can I do a quick check-in?

Of course. By sending copies of the identity documents of all persons booked to info@residencelespiagge.it , you can avoid queues at reception when you arrive. In addition to identity documents, it is compulsory to indicate a booking reference, such as the name of the person in which the booking was made or the booking number, and the dates of the booked stay.

When do I pay the rest? And how?

The balance for your stay must be paid when you are given the keys for your apartment on your arrival, and can be paid in cash or by cheque or credit card.

 

Are there any nightclubs nearby?

The apartment hotel is excellently situatedfor quick and easy access to the best clubs, shops and entertainment venues of our Romagna Riviera.

 

Do you have facilities for young children?

Our apartment hotel is the perfect choice for families with children, without limitations on mealtimes and without needing to change their usual routines. We offer children’s beds with cot sides and high chairs, free of charge. The hotel also offers parents the possibility of making short bike trips together with their children, using the approved safety seats available. All families can take advantage of the free summer leisure and entertainment activities offered by our local beach centre, leaving parents free to enjoy their holiday while their children play under expert supervision.

Can we bring a pet with us?

Our apartment hotel accepts pets with the payment of a small surcharge of €9 per day.

How far away is the beach?

The beach is just 100 metres from the apartment hotel.

 

Is there a convenient local bus service?

The local transport company provides good services for hotel guests to the centres of Rimini and Riccione, with buses every 10 minutes. The bus stop is in front of the hotel.

How often is linen changed?

A full set of linen together with a courtesy pack is provided on arrival. Towels are then changed every 3 days, and every 6 days a full change of linen is made, and the apartment is cleaned.

Does the hotel offer guests a laundry service?

A laundry room is provided where guests can wash personal garments. Every apartment has a clothes drying rack. Guests wishing to use external laundry services should ask at reception.

 

Can I read my e-mails and access the Internet?

The free wireless access service of the hotel gives guests access to the Internet using their portable devices. Just ask Management for the password on arrival.

What time must I vacate the apartment on the day of departure?

Check-out must be made by 10 am on the departure day, so that our staff can suitably clean the flat for the next guests. Guests wishing to extend their stay by a few hours should ask at reception, which according to the arrivals expected will do everything possible to satisfy the request.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

All apartments have independent air conditioning and heating.
